Próspera has strong protections for private property, and its rules do not allow for expropriation. Taking of property would be an illegal violation of Próspera's statutes. Any private taking of property or cultural sites by force is also illegal and would be aggressively prosecuted by Próspera.
Próspera is formed under the ZEDE law, and while the ZEDE law has provisions authorizing ZEDEs to take property for public purposes, Próspera's rules do not allow for any taking of property. Just as a national law might allow for certain behaviors while a municipality can prohibit those behaviors, Próspera's charter and its rules do not allow for the taking of private property. Próspera is an independent organization with its own rules that strictly prohibit any taking of private property.
